Let's take a break from last weekend's NY Pro to congratulate one of the newest IFBB pros, Manuel Manchado, the 5'6", 220 or so pounds, 36 year old from Madrid, Spain who took home the heavyweight and then overall titles at 2008 Spanish National Cup in Cartaya, which was also held last weekend.
Manuel, or "El Torro" as he is also known, is another one of Milos Sarcev's boys, and by the looks of him will surely make a big impression in the pro ranks in the coming months.
